1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the MedSeatPilot website ("Service") at medseatpilot.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and MedSeatPilot ("we", "our", "us"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

MedSeatPilot provides:

• NEET Rank Predictor — predicts All India Rank (AIR) based on NEET score using historical data
• College Predictor — recommends medical colleges based on rank, category, state, and quota
• Prediction history — saves and displays your past predictions
• Paid plans — premium features including multi-state access and detailed reports

Our predictions are based on historical MCC (Medical Counselling Committee) counselling data from 2022–2025 and statistical models. They are indicative estimates only and do not guarantee admission to any institution.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use
• You must not share your account credentials with others
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

3.3 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. We are not responsible for results based on incorrect data entered by you.

4. Paid Plans & Payments

4.1 Pricing

Plan prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; existing subscriptions are honoured at the purchased price.

4.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's terms of service. We do not store your payment card or banking details.

4.3 Refund Policy

• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have not used any premium features
• Once premium predictions or reports have been accessed, the plan is considered used and is non-refundable
• If a technical error causes duplicate payment, the duplicate amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days
• To request a refund, contact us at info@medseatpilot.com with your payment ID

4.4 Plan Duration

Paid plans are valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase (typically 365 days). Access expires automatically at the end of the plan period. We do not auto-renew subscriptions.

5. Disclaimer of Accuracy

We make no warranty or representation regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any prediction
• Admission to any specific college or course
• Future cutoff ranks, seat availability, or counselling outcomes
• Changes in government policies, reservation criteria, or exam patterns

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service
• Use automated bots, scripts, or crawlers to access the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Share, resell, or redistribute premium content or predictions
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on MedSeatPilot, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, prediction algorithms, and data compilations, is the property of MedSeatPilot and is protected by Indian copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• MedSeatPilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for any loss arising from decisions made based on our predictions
• We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control

9. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party services including:

• Razorpay — for payment processing
• Bootstrap & Font Awesome — for user interface components

We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination:

• Your access to premium features will cease immediately
• Your prediction history may be deleted
• No refund will be issued for unused portions of paid plans if termination is due to Terms violation

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation for at least 30 days.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email to registered users or through a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
